Horse Show Services Form

In order to help us be prepared and to serve you better during the next show - please fill out this form for each horse/rider combo!

Day Care Options (You can select multiple and indicate days below) - Owner's required to provide their own grooming/care supplies

$35/ day Partial Care (Stall cleaning, bedding, waters, hay net refills, feeding, medication administration, paste administration - owner supplies their own paste)

$50/day Partial Care + Tacking & Grooming (All of Partial Care plus grooming, tacking & rinsing off)

$75/ day Full Care (Partial Care + Tacking/Grooming + Lunging + any A La Carté grooming services).

If you would like a mix of daycare services, please indicate which days you prefer which service, otherwise we will default to Partial Care + Tacking.

Clients unable to be present on any days of the show will be automatically be enrolled in Full Daycare for those days which they are gone.

Clients who are late or unprepared for their classes will be charged for additional services required to make sure that you get to the arena on time & fashionable.

Hair Care

Braid Removal $15/day

Hanging Fake Tail $15/day

Mane Banding $15

Horse Prep - Owner is responsible for Tacking/Grooming unless it is already included in your daycare selection.

Longing $10/lunge (included if you choose Full Care)

Trainer Morning Hack $50/day.

Junior Morning Hack $35/day.

Additional Costs, expectations, and guidelines for billing ~

Barn Set Up & Packing Fee $50, per Horse - Loading trailer with group supplies, hay bales, grain bags, client trunks. Packing & preparing proper supplements and medications needed. Setting up stalls with shavings & waters & hay bags & fans. Tear down of community tack room supples. Tear down of stall fans and buckets. Re packing the trailer to go home. Unpacking the trailer upon home arrival.... please realize this work is very labor intensive and takes HOURS of additional work and heavy lifting.

Tips for grooming are customary in horse showing. The current "going rate" is $20/day per horse for Full Daycare.

Package Applications to show bill - Up to 1 lesson and 1 training ride from your monthly package can be applied to the following services at a rated show: Single Lesson, Single Training Ride, Warm Up Ride. Package fees will not be discounted/swapped from any other services.

You may select A La Carté services on the day of, just as long as we have enough time to plan ahead and insure we are prepared to perform them, we will always try to help you out if we can! If you accept any 'day of' services they will be tracked and invoiced.
Staff fees will be split equally amungst clients.

In the event we are not able to bring our own grooms these rates and selections may vary based upon location and services available.
